You're so welcome. I'm learning to move through it myself too!! But I have to say, it really does feel easier to release triggers when I accept that my body and spirit knows me more than I do (aka my mind's patterns does) xo. The mind be playin' sometimes.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who does this. 80% of the time it's mostly just about food, but on occasion I encounter something worthwhile...
😂 yes 80% of time it’s thinking all the food we’re gonna eat the next day! Then 10% wisdom and 10% clutter. It’s all so good and enough
