I think the key is finding the ability to balance the more ancient part of the brain with the newer part of the brain allows us to access our intuition and instinct while able to learn and problem solve based on our current environment.
Thank you, Ki! Yes, I totally agree. Learning about our instincts (from an evolutionary or psychological point of view) simply helps us understand ourselves more. We can then choose to use this info however we like as we continue to make choices and evolve!
